Concierge Medicine and House Calls in Miami

When in-office, telemedicine and in-home medical consultations may be appropriate—and how Hall Longevity Clinic approaches continuity and safety.

Hall Longevity ClinicEducational overviewUpdated August 2026

Choose the setting around the clinical need

An in-person clinic visit may be preferred when examination, testing or a procedure is likely. Telemedicine can be appropriate for selected conversations, follow-up and triage, subject to licensing and the nature of the concern.

Home care can support patients who should not enter a shared office because of suspected contagious illness, as well as selected patients whose mobility or circumstances make travel difficult.

Continuity, not convenience alone

Concierge access is most valuable when the clinician understands the patient’s history and can coordinate next steps. The visit should result in a clear plan, appropriate documentation and escalation when a higher level of care is needed.

Know the limits

A home visit is not emergency care. Chest pain, severe difficulty breathing, stroke symptoms, major bleeding, new confusion or another medical emergency requires 911 or the nearest emergency department.
