Website content is general information and does not create a physician-patient relationship, establish a diagnosis or replace an individualized consultation. A clinical relationship begins only after the clinic accepts you for care and completes the appropriate consent and intake process.
Scheduling, pricing and availability
Appointments, products and services remain subject to clinical appropriateness, availability and confirmation by the clinic. Published fees are starting or listed prices and may change. An inquiry, requested procedure or submitted order is not final until confirmed by Hall Longevity Clinic.
Secure payments
Approved card and wallet payments are processed on Clover’s secure checkout page. Enter payment information only on that page; never submit banking credentials or card numbers through a general website form, ordinary email or text message. Use the same name and email shown on the associated clinic order so the payment can be matched.
FedEx Ground shipping
An order containing one or more eligible physical products includes one flat $19.95 FedEx Ground charge. Clinic and aesthetic services are not shipped. Shipping is subject to a complete deliverable address, product availability and FedEx service coverage. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed by the clinic.
Taxes, address changes and fulfillment
Any applicable tax is confirmed before payment. You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and promptly reporting a correction before shipment. Additional charges may apply if a package must be redirected, reshipped or delivered outside the standard service area.
Returns, refunds and cancellations
Contact Hall Longevity Clinic before returning a product or cancelling a paid order. Eligibility depends on the item or service, its condition, fulfillment status, clinical and safety requirements and applicable law. The clinic will confirm any approved return, cancellation or refund instructions in writing.
Clinical products and services
Clinical services, IV therapy, prescription-related offerings and physician-guided products require appropriate review and may not be suitable or available for every person. A website order does not replace required evaluation, consent or prescribing requirements.
Third-party services
Links to scheduling, publications, social media, product information, Clover, FedEx and other third-party destinations are provided for convenience. Their content, availability, security and privacy practices are governed by their own terms.
Intellectual property
The Hall Longevity Clinic name, site design, written content, original imagery and proprietary frameworks are protected materials. They may not be reproduced, republished or used commercially without written permission, except for ordinary personal viewing and sharing of public links.
