Before you reserve
Virtual care has
real boundaries.
You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where Dr. Hall is licensed and legally permitted to provide telemedicine at the time of the visit. The clinic may recommend an in-person evaluation, local urgent care or another clinician if virtual care is not appropriate.
- Payment reserves physician time; it does not guarantee a diagnosis, prescription, specific treatment or ongoing care relationship.
- Testing, medications, treatments, follow-up and records review are not included unless the clinic confirms them separately.
- Use the clinic’s approved secure systems—not ordinary email or text—to share medical records or sensitive health information.
- Confirm cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms with the clinic before payment.
