Hall Longevity Clinic does not accept insurance, including private insurance, Medicare or Medicaid. Payment is due directly to the clinic. Fees shown are starting prices; testing, treatment, supplies, location, visit complexity and after-hours scheduling may affect the final cost. Please confirm details when booking.
When you’re sick
Assessment first.
Treatment matched to the need.
Feeling unwell can require more than a standard appointment. Dr. Hall first evaluates your symptoms, history and risk factors, then recommends the appropriate next step. Care may include diagnostic testing, prescription treatment, supportive therapies, hydration or a physician-directed IV infusion when medically appropriate.
Call before coming to the clinic.
If you have fever, cough, a suspected contagious respiratory illness, or a COVID-like illness, please do not enter the office before speaking with our team. We will triage you first and, when clinically appropriate, may arrange an in-home assessment by Dr. Hall or a qualified nurse under physician direction. This approach can also support continuity of care during a pandemic or other significant infectious-disease event while helping protect other patients and staff.
Home care is not emergency care. For chest pain, difficulty breathing, new confusion, inability to stay awake, stroke symptoms, severe bleeding or another medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

Dr. Hall serves as a Senior FAA Aviation Medical Examiner and provides $450 aviation physicals, along with aviation-focused case guidance. Pilots with complex certification questions should contact the clinic before scheduling.

Contact the FAA exam team ↗Complete and submit FAA Form 8500-8 through FAA MedXPress. You will receive a confirmation number after submission; bring that number to your examination so the clinic can access your application.
