Establish context
History, goals, medications, symptoms, prior testing and appropriate examination give every measurement its clinical setting.
Private beta · Illustrative preview
WellSkor is being developed to make longitudinal health information easier to understand—connecting measurements, functional capacity and personal context without reducing a person to one number.
The idea
Conventional records often separate laboratory results, symptoms, function and personal goals. WellSkor’s proposed role is to organize those inputs over time so patient and physician can see what changed, how complete the evidence is and which questions deserve a closer clinical look.
The system remains in development. Any deployed feature must preserve source measurements, scoring rules, model versions and clinician review.
Interactive sample · No patient data
Move any point to explore how a multi-domain view changes. Every value below is illustrative; it is not information from a real test subject, a patient result, a diagnosis or a validated WellSkor score.
Illustrative longevity index
The spider-web profile brings eleven interconnected health domains into one clear operating picture. Its shape makes strengths, imbalances and change over time easier to discuss without hiding the underlying measurements. This systems view informs the WellSkor app: a clinician-guided way to understand the whole person and support better decisions over time.
Cognition, memory, attention, sleep and the neurological reserve that supports performance over time.
A disciplined beta journey
History, goals, medications, symptoms, prior testing and appropriate examination give every measurement its clinical setting.
Available biomarkers and functional measures are mapped transparently, with missing information and source dates kept visible.
Comparable measurements over time can help distinguish a durable pattern from noise, a temporary change or an isolated result.
A physician—not an automated score—determines what may be clinically meaningful and whether any next step is appropriate.
Private beta access
Tell us that you are interested in the private beta. The clinic team will explain which features are currently available, whether a physician-led program is appropriate and what any program includes before you decide.
Important distinctions
No. The developing framework is not a validated diagnostic or prognostic test and is not intended to replace physician judgment.
No. This public experience uses illustrative values and does not accept or process personal medical records.
The clinic team will contact you to explain current beta availability, the distinction between software access and medical care, and any relevant terms.
