Guard Your Attention
What captures your mind ultimately shapes your biology.

Founder & physician
A physician’s work is not only to treat what is wrong today, but to help preserve what makes life fully livable tomorrow.
Dr. Hall is a board-certified physician, author and early contributor to longevity and anti-aging medicine. For more than twenty years, Hall Longevity Clinic has helped pioneer the longevity space by bringing precision medicine, systems biology and highly personal physician care into one continuous view of health.
His approach is both rigorous and deeply human: understand the individual, measure what matters, and build a plan that protects health, performance and independence over time.

nathalie@hallongevity.com ↗Dr. Hall’s work reframes aging as a modifiable systems process shaped by the interaction of stress, adaptation and time. His focus is preserving functional integrity across the lifespan — including cognition, performance, resilience and agency.
That philosophy became the foundation of the Aging Funnel and his book Infinite Youth: a practical way to understand how many small biological pressures can converge into disease, and how earlier, more precise intervention can change the trajectory.
Systems research & WellSkor
Dr. Hall’s research extends beyond clinical medicine into systems thinking and total quality management. His thesis work examined how complex systems can be measured, improved and continually refined through disciplined feedback—principles that now inform both the Aging Funnel and the development of WellSkor.
Over years of mathematical and conceptual work, he has been developing an algorithmic approach to longitudinal health-record data: organizing measurements collected across time so that physicians and patients can see trajectories, identify meaningful change and make more informed decisions. WellSkor is the emerging digital expression of that work.

He trained at the University of Missouri–Kansas City School of Medicine and the Alton Ochsner Medical Foundation, and pursued advanced study at Weill Cornell and Memorial Sloan Kettering. He later earned a master’s degree from New York University.
Dr. Hall is board-certified in Family Medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine and completed fellowship training in integrative and functional medicine at the University of Miami.
International clinical and humanitarian work across New Zealand, Sri Lanka, Haiti, the Bahamas and Tanzania helped shape an interdisciplinary view of medicine grounded in adaptability, context and the realities of human lives.
Public-health advocacy
During Miami’s Zika response, Dr. Hall became a public advocate for greater scrutiny of aerial naled spraying. In 2017, he and Cindy Mattson filed a federal complaint against Miami-Dade County and public officials seeking to pause spraying while the court considered questions about potential health effects, advance notice to residents and adherence to Environmental Protection Agency guidance. The court required an amended complaint and legal representation before the case could proceed, while encouraging discussion with county officials.
Humanitarian medicine
Dr. Hall has repeatedly brought his medical experience into disaster zones, working alongside local teams, volunteers and relief organizations to care for communities during the earliest stages of recovery.
After the tsunami triggered by the earthquake off Indonesia, he organized a medical response from New Zealand and traveled to Sri Lanka to help provide care through community outreach centers and orphanages.
He participated in medical relief following the catastrophic earthquake in Haiti, supporting urgent care efforts for survivors in a severely disrupted health system.
He joined the early medical response in the Bahamas after Hurricane Dorian, helping care for communities confronting displacement, loss and interrupted access to medicine.
Beyond the clinic
Outside medicine, Dr. Hall is an aviator, painter and writer. He is the author of Infinite Youth: Solving the Aging Equation and The American Gentleman: A Contemporary Guide to Chivalry. Flying demands preparation and clarity; painting rewards close observation; writing turns complex ideas into something useful. Each pursuit reflects the same curiosity, discipline and creative thinking he brings to patient care.
