Whether you have a cough, feel off, have a minor laceration, or something more serious, you can always see Dr. Hall or a licensed associate in our office or at your home 24/7.
Our primary location is in Miami Beach, just north of Lincoln Road.

House Call Physician 24/7
Too sick to come to the doctor?
Hall Longevity Clinic can come to you when you need us! We make traditional house calls and can prescribe and dispense medication in your home or hotel. We use a local pharmacy that delivers to take care of you at any point during the night or the day.
Hall Longevity Clinic can handle almost any issue and age group as a general medical practice. In addition, we work directly with Mercy Hospital and Jack Nicklaus Children’s Hospital if you need more intensive care.

FAA Medical Certification
Dr. Hall is a federally appointed senior FAA-designated Aviation Medical Examiner for over a decade. He is also a HIMS certified AME.
Base price is $429.
We have same-day service if you need to update a Class 1, Class 2, or Class 3 FAA Medical Certificates.
However, we only certify pilots and do not see air traffic controllers or active military. He also has HIMS certification to assist with substance abuse concerns and other related issues.
Before you visit us, we recommend using the FAA MedXPress system. This system allows anyone who needs an FAA Medical Certificate to complete the FAA form 8500-8 electronically.
Information entered into MedXPress will be transmitted directly to the FAA.
